CBD and Sleep Explained

Sleep impacts nearly every area of our lives, from attention span and memory to immunity and heart health. Sleep is so important, in fact, that the average person can survive two weeks without water but only ten days without sleep.
Even so, most people struggle to get the sleep they need (as much as 1 in 3 adults, according to the CDC).

CBN
