SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind your first experience with Veritas Farms.
If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will issue a refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs) to your original form of payment.


PRODUCT QUALITY CONCERNS
We take product integrity seriously and require timely communication to properly investigate and resolve any concerns.

  • Any product quality concerns must be reported within 14 days of delivery
  • Claims must include:
  • Clear images of the product
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Any relevant lot/packaging information (if available)

To properly assess the concern, we may require the product to be returned for inspection.
Resolution:

  • Approved quality claims are eligible for replacement or exchange only
  • Refunds are not issued for product quality claims
  • Items that are discontinued or marked as final sale are not eligible for replacement or exchange

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
All orders are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement where applicable.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization.
To request a return:

If approved:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions will be provided
  • Returns must meet the following conditions:
  • Unopened and in resalable condition
  • Include all original packaging

Fees & Conditions

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items returned opened, damaged, or without packaging may be denied

Return Guidelines
To ensure eligibility:

  • Do not return items without an RMA
  • Do not send returns outside the approved window
  • Do not combine multiple orders in one return shipment

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt at our warehouse.

 

You will receive email confirmation once completed.
Please note: Veritas Farms is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


CANCELLATION POLICY
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing your order
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • In such cases, the order will fall under our standard Return Policy

We ship using secure, trusted carriers within the United States.
Standard Shipping

  • Free on subscription orders and orders over $75
  • $9.99 flat rate for orders under $75
  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days (not guaranteed)

Expedited Shipping

  • $19.99 flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days (not guaranteed)
